We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on apparel, office accessories, and similar products. We do not accept exchanges.
Defective or misprinted items will be replaced free of charge.
To return an item:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and and in their original condition (except for defective or misprinted items)
- Please fill out the form below to submit your return request.
Once your return is processed, we will refund your original payment method for the items you are returning. You will receive a shipping label in your e-mail which you may download and print, postage already paid. Please package the items you are returning and drop them at your local post office to be returned to The Geek Basement.
