Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy on apparel, office accessories, and similar products.

To return an item:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags/packaging.
3. Please fill out the form below to submit your return request.

Once your return is processed we will refund your original payment method for the items you are returning. You will receive a shipping label and box to return your item. Please package the items you’d like to return and drop them at your local post office to be returned to The Geek Basement.
